I appliquéd the
background and then free hand stitched all the stitching you see.
.....it was just cotton sewn onto the shirt first, then I added the
embroidered horses.
It's just a plain white
sweatshirt , Jerzee brand from Walmart.I worked on this from 8:30 this
morning until 2 pm this afternoon. All the freehand stitching took the
longest. The horses really didn't take much time at all. Then I found
that eagle in my files and it worked out perfect. I just know she is
going to ask me to make her a tote bag for her riding helmet with
these on it. But that's okay, she is the only left at home. I
have one 24 and married and one 21 attending Purdue University. My youngest is only 10, so she is just a tad spoiled :-)
