We start by scanning in your camera-ready art. Then we start creating your embroidered image using the scanned image as a backdrop. Unlike a silkscreen image, your embroidered logo will have direction, dimension and texture. The extent of these features is a result of the quality of the digitizing process.

For larger designs, that will not accommodate our commercial embroidery field, we now have the capabilities and equipment to enlarge your artwork, using a projector screen.  An appliqué design is then created and applied.

The Material used is 1000 Denier Cordura.  We also have Super heavy weight Duct Material  Trim is polypro webbing, nylon webbing or cotton webbing either 1" or 2", depending on customers specifications and use. Curtains, valances & name panels are designed, with a 4" header, installing gold or silver grommets.  Simply use plastic ties and loop through the grommet and stall rod (or lip) at the top of the stall.  All edges are serged and hemmed with top stitching for that professional look !

  • 30" L x 30" W ~ $185.  This will include 1 logo centered and horses' name arched across the top - we use die cut block style lettering, (most colors available, including silver or gold metallic) with a satin stitch (same color thread) around each letter creating an appliqué effect.  Panel is also trimmed with 1" or 2" polypro webbing, with mitered corners creating a picture frame effect.

 

  • 4' x 8' Full Stall Door Panel ~ $145.  This panel will have a permanently attached decorative valance.

Approx. 45" L x 38" W ~ $185. This banner is designed with a rod pocket at the top to install a dowel rod, held by a small gold chain, (not included) for easy hanging.  We will embroider your Farm/Ranch name, Logo, city and state, any contact information.

My late husband was a AQHA, APHA, and a judge for many other organizations before his death due to a riding accident, he was very well known in the horse world, and I can assure you that he would be very proud to place these stall curtains on his stalls.
